Blueberry Protein Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 Scoops 1Up ISO Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 / 4 cup blueberries

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cake pan with coconut oil  and set aside. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Carefully pour batter into cake pan and transfer to oven to bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick in inserted into the cake and comes out clean. Let it cool, serve and enjoy!
