- 1 cup Old-Fashioned / Rolled Oats
- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Banana Caramel Twist whey protein
- 2 cups almond Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Banana, mashed
- 1-2 tsp Honey, to taste
Place the oats, milk, 1Up protein and cinnamon into a saucepan on medium heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, stirring regularly, for 5 minutes or until the oatmeal has thickened. The oatmeal is ready when it can coat the back of a spoon. Stir through mashed banana and honey, then serve immediately with desired toppings. Enjoy!
