This is his story:


“I’ve participated in 1up challenge in the past and really enjoyed being part of the 1up family. I felt like the set timeline, routine, and accountability that the challenge provided helped me stay on track and I truly believe the 1up products are some of the best out there. Several months ago I injured my achilles while also dealing with a tibial nerve issue. This made it basically impossible for me to do many of the things I normally loved doing like running, working out, and playing sports. I started putting on a lot of weight due to the decrease in activity and felt very discouraged. Luckily I was able to go to physical therapy for about 8 weeks and I finally had some improvement. I had my last PT session about two weeks before the 1up challenge began and I felt like this would be the perfect opportunity to get in better shape. The challenge gave me an enormous amount of motivation to stay on track and the community, as always, was full of support and positivity. I had to work through quite a bit of pain and discomfort in my injured leg since it wasn't quite back to 100% but I knew any time I didn't feel like putting in the work, I knew that someone else in the group was going through difficulties of their own and still getting the job done, so I had no excuses. The Pro Ripped Max that I was taking daily made me feel extremely energized. This quickly became my favorite supplement and I believe it was a huge help in my transformation. I also used Fruity Hoops Iso Protein which I loved and the Pro Test Max which I think contributed to a substantial increase in strength by the end of the 8 weeks. I was very happy with my results at the end of the challenge. If you’re dealing with an injury or just wanting to improve their fitness level to know that you can do this. If you put in consistent effort and maintain a healthy diet, you can absolutely have amazing results over the course of the 8 week challenge.”
