โ€œ Having been on my own fitness journey, with a couple of years under my belt, I came across the 1UP 8 Week Transformation Challenge. My diet and exercise was slipping so I figured having a monetary goal would be enough motivation to succeed.

The 8 week process was fairly smooth sailing. The advanced workouts were challenging, utilizing some advanced techniques, but not overwhelming. One of the better training programs I've done. The meal plan was straight forward and easy to follow.

The hardest part of this challenge was staying strict with my diet even when dining out with friends. It's all about making healthy choices and being able to estimate calories and macros when ordering off a menu.

Throughout my overall fitness journey, from 221 lbs a couple of years ago down to 186 lbs at the start of this challenge, I learned that nutrition is #1 if you want to see results. The meal plan laid out in this challenge further proves that you have to trust the system. With proper diet and exercise you can see results you never thought possible.

If I could give some tips to anyone starting this challenge it would be to trust the system and to remember that there are no magic pills or powders. You have to put in the hard work, stay motivated, and you WILL see results. Supplements will help fill in the gaps in your nutrition and boost your performance in the gym to help you get where you want to be.โ€
