This is his story:


“Weight management has been an ongoing struggle throughout my life, spanning from elementary school to my current age of 46. I’ve often fallen a victim to unhealthy choices daily. Maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle has proven to be a constant battle.

In late 2023, while scrolling through Facebook, I stumbled upon the 1UP Transformation Challenge and promptly registered. The prospect of participating in a life-altering challenge energized me. I was determined to dedicate eight weeks to achieving a transformation that would land me in the Top 5.


Despite past surgeries and injuries, my body felt primed to give this challenge my all. I committed to remove adult beverages, junk food, and even abstaining from certain social events to avoid temptation. Eight weeks may seem short, but maintaining discipline throughout was crucial, and I succeeded. It truly changed my life.

1UP empowered me to reclaim control over myself, both physically and mentally. Being part of the 1UP Facebook group provided invaluable inspiration and motivation.
