β started training because I was tired of not fitting into my clothes. Working in a Hispanic community people are very quick to tell you how much youβve gained. All my life I have struggled with Weightloss. I would go up and down and I was never really committed. I decided to join the 1up nutrition challenge honestly because it was free. I thought to myself, there is nothing to lose. I either lose some weight and do not win or I lose weight and win; Regardless I saw this as a win-win so I decided to take the challenge. I bought a bunch of products from 1up nutrition, some new workout clothes and shoes to further entice me to make a change. I struggled at first to find the time and balance to diet and work out everyday. I have always enjoyed working out so this part was not too difficult for me. The diet however was the real challenge. I didnβt start out perfect with the diet, I knew it would be unsustainable if I did. I went from eating whatever I wanted to eating healthy during the week and eating better on the weekends. Week after week I tweaked my eating habits and began eating better and learned how to meal prep with a crazy work schedule. After a few weeks I noticed my weight was drastically dropping and I thought I might actually be able to do this. Thatβs when I started giving it 110%. Eating perfect and training non stop. From fasted cardio to intermittent fasting I embraced it all in hopes of reaching my goal weight. I looked up videos from 1up nutrition athletes and I would switch it up and follow some of their workouts. From a physical state to a mental state I began noticing a confidence I didnβt have before. I can honestly say 1up nutrition has positively changed my life for the better.β
