Raspberry Protein Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2/3 cup chopped raspberries
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup almond milk

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, 1Up Whey and baking powder. In another bowl, mix the coconut oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla essence. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together, and stir well. Add the raspberries. Pour the mixture into muffin liners in a muffin tin. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until firm and enjoy!
