Ingredients:
- 1 medium Banana
- 2 scoops 1Up ISO protein
- 1/2 cup Egg Whites
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Chopped banana
- 2 tblsp granola
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Heat a pan on medium-low heat and spray with non-stick oil. Using a measuring cup, pour batter onto pan and quickly work the pan to spread batter thinly. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately, top with banana, strawberry, and granola. Enjoy!
