Pumpkin Protein Crepes

- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 1 scoop 1Up Pumpkin Spice Cake protein
- 2 tblsp Pumpkin Pure
- 1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 2 tblsp peanut butter
- 1 tblsp raisins
- 2 tbsp pecans

Place a non stick skillet over medium high heat. In a bowl combine egg whites, protein powder, pumpkin pure and whisk until protein powder is dissolved. Scoop about 1/4 of the mixture into the pan and rotate pan around so the batter spreads thin. Cook until the bottom is lightly browned and flip it over to cook through. When serving, add the yogurt, peanut butter, raisins and pecans. Enjoy!
