Protein Energy Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1 scoop 1Up Whey Pumpkin Spice Cake
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoon canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Roll into small bite sized balls. Enjoy!
