Protein Cheesecake

- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop 1Up Whey Chocolate Peanut Butter Blast
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tblsp crushed graham cracker

In a small mixing bowl, add your 1Up protein and cocoa powder and mix well.  In a separate bowl, add your non-fat yogurt. Add your dry mixture and mix very well until yogurt thickens to a thick, pudding-like texture. Add your peanut butter. When serving, add crackers on top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then serve.
