Loaded Sweet Potato

Ingredients:
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp granola
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon Peanut Butter FitMix
- 2 tbsp yogurt

Instructions:
Poke holes in the sweet potato and microwave until soft (about 6-8 minutes). Or, bake in the oven on 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cut the sweet potato open and top with yogurt, granola, and peanut butter FitMix. Enjoy!
