Frozen Yogurt Coconut Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 2 Cups low fat plain yogurt
- 1 Scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
Instructions
Mix yogurt with 1Up Whey, then all you have to do is add the fruits to an ice tray or cupcake mold, top with yogurt, and freeze
for 4 hours. Enjoy!
