Double Chocolate Quinoa Puffs Parfait

- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Quinoa Puffs
- 2 tblsp granola

For the chocolate chia pudding combine almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt in a bowl, stirring well to combine. Cover and let sit, preferably overnight, in the fridge or for at least 4 hours. When serving, alternate layers of Quinoa Puffs, banana, Chia Pudding and granola in a bowl or parfait glass. Enjoy!
