Delicious Protein Waffles

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oats flour
- 1 Scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1/3 cup chopped pineapples
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tblsp pecans

Instructions
Preheat waffle iron, coat with nonstick spray. Meanwhile, blend all dry ingredients except coconut, pecans and pineapple. Add in wet ingredients, blending well. Pour onto waffle iron and cook 6-8 minutes, or until golden grown and crunchy. When serving, add pineapple, pecans and coconut. Enjoy!
