- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 scoops 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 325F. Mash strawberries or pulse in food processor a few times. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon onto parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes, or just until firm. Remove from oven and let cool for a bit, serve and enjoy!
