Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 tblsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop 1Up Whey White Chocolate Mint
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine the milk, protein and vanilla extract. Stir until combined. Sprinkle on the chia seeds and stir them in thoroughly. Pour mixture into a pint jar and refrigerate overnight, or until it reaches the desired thickness, stirring occasionally. Serve and enjoy!
