Chai Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop 1Up Whey Pumpkin Spice Cake
- 1/2 tblsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup almond milk

Place all ingredients into blender starting with egg whites, ending with almond milk. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
