Banana caramel Oatmeal protein cookies

Ingredients

▫️2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
▫️3 scoops #1Upwhey banana caramel twist (or flavor of choice)
▫️¾ tsp baking soda
▫️¾ tsp baking powder
▫️½ tsp salt
▫️1 tbsp cinnamon
▫️½ tsp nutmeg
▫️1 cup Almond milk
▫️¾ cup egg whites
▫️1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Extras
▫️½ cup raisins
▫️½ cup dried cranberries
▫️½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350F
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
3️⃣ In a medium bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.
4️⃣Add wet to dry and mix delicately to combine. If you used any of the extra ingredients, Fold in raisins, cranberries and walnuts.
5️⃣ Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
6️⃣ Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cookies start to turn golden brown
7️⃣ Cool completely on a cooling rack, then transfer to refrigerator, where the cookies will keep for up to a week.
