“ My wife found this challenge just looking to help us stay engaged with our fitness goals.  While being an entrepreneur, parenting 6 children daily, can be a challenge within itself. I thank my Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ for keeping me sane and giving me the strength through his spirit to keep pushing on. Thanks to 1Up Transformation for picking me as the 2nd Place Winner! I really appreciate my wife and all the people here in this group you all also been a great help, seeing everyone staying motivated from little to large results we are all winners!  Some days were very hard dealing with life's challenges, sometimes being up all day and all night because of my unpredictable schedule and having to travel for my grandmother's passing 4 weeks into the challenge. Even through my travels I still made it to the finish line. I learned a lot about my body, how it works, how it reacts to certain foods, how I perform when I have eaten certain fruits and vegetables or meats all play a part. I've done this challenge several times but this time I was the most focused. This is a weight loss challenge with thousands of people but at the end of the day it all comes down to You vs You. The KICKSTART Organic Wellness Shot (mango) is a great source of energy in the mornings or before a workout, this also helps with digestion (bowel movements). My wife and I both used the watermelon PURE REBUILD after workouts. If you are just starting this challenge I would advise you to start preparing now and use that bonus week to figure out your strategy and what works best for your body. I was eating in a caloric deficit but was not starving myself. I definitely did 2 a day workouts at first but then I did once per day but did a lot of walking and meditating along with Push ups and some body squats as I got my steps in. Staying in shape adds more time to your life and just helps with your over all health and energy levels.”
