This is his story
“For years I have battled the aging process while trying to achieve my fitness goals. During the Covid-19 closures things definitely escalated when it came to my weight gain. I put on a 40lbs of unwanted weight. I was eating like there was no tomorrow. As the gyms opened up in California and I walked back in, I saw a person in the mirror that I had never seen before. I was scared to enter a place that was once home to me.
But then one of my friends said, “hey man I'm doing this transformation challenge, do you want to do it with me?” At first, I was not interested, but then I looked at the 1UP website. It was just the motivation I needed to create the discipline required to achieve my goals.
Motivation comes and goes, some days getting up that extra hour earlier so I could get some more training in, or passing on the pizza my coworkers brought to work was pure determination and will. Not every day is easy, but every day is worth it! Discipline goes far, but no kidding the supplements help! My goodness, I started with Pro Ripped Max and I was sold. Between that and Pro Test max, I felt like a new human ready to conquer any challenge.
The day to day was still difficult at times, obstacles came up every day with family and work. This challenge gave me the focus to excel at all aspects of my life and not just the challenge. My work life/personal relationships grew in the way that they needed to, and I am still crushing it today.
