“ My Journey started back in 2020, when I did my first challenge and saw really good results, then I joined again but quit halfway through due to the pandemic. After that, it took me 2 years to realize that I had gained an excessive amount of weight and had gotten used to living a sedentary life. My baby boy was born in May 2021, after that, I kept gaining weight until I reached 255Lbs. I was not feeling good, I was tired and I realized that I had to make the change immediately and I think my baby boy pushed me and gave me the motivation to start. I started again with at the end of last year. I finished the winter challenge and I saw amazing results. I put in a lot of hard work and even though I was not a finalist I did not give up this time and kept going. By the end of the Winter challenge, I had gained a lot of strength not only physically but mentally. I had lost over 30Lbs. I joined the challenge 2022 New year feeling stronger and ready for any obstacles. With the help of the 1Up nutrition supplements, family and friends' support, I woke up every morning at 4:00 AM ready to work out like a beast. It was hard to give up my comfort and all the unnecessary bad habits, but it was totally worth it. Now eating right, exercising and taking care of myself has become a lifestyle. I’ve learned that it is not what I have in my life but who I have in my life that counts, I received amazing support from my fiancé and family the whole way through. Also, the 1 UP fam is extraordinary. The advice I would like to give is to take one step at a time and each day you will get closer to your goals, but don’t ever QUIT. Your body can stand almost anything it's your mind that you have to convince. Stay positive and stay strong. Am ready to continue this journey for the rest of my life, I feel happy with what I accomplished and my heart is filled with satisfaction about my achievement.”
