This is her story
“ I am a 35-year-old preschool teacher, wife, and mother of three. Two of my children have special needs. One is blind and in a wheel chair and my youngest was diagnosed with severe non-verbal autism. I work 40 hours a week and in the afternoons, I have all types of therapies for my children and activities for my girl. I make time for my husband, and house responsibilities. Which limits my time.
I was losing control of my body, speed, flexibility and was overweight. I was letting myself look much older than I was. A co-worker of mine mentioned 1UP and that she highly recommended their products and to accept their nutritional recommendations, even if I didn’t do the challenge. I took her advice and went to the 1UP page and read everything. I had some questions and she was able to explain everything to me.
At that time, I made the best decision of my life and began my fitness journey. I started my days at 4:30 AM and did cardio and the routines provided by 1UP. I took all the supplements, and loved the protein shake flavors. I followed the meal plan provided and prepared all my food in advance.
The first two weeks were the hardest because my body was adapting. To increase focus, I wrote my routines down on my paper, my kids names, and 10 songs that motivated me. I programmed the music to finish at the same time that my morning routine ended. I enjoyed trying new exercise. I feel like I have more energy now. I can now lift my son quicker, transfer, and care for him without difficulty. That is my biggest prize. My husband is also very happy as he’s never seen me like this.
