Starting off, like most people who get into the gym, I was doing it to get abs and try to impress others and not just be the “skinny kid” anymore.

After just a few months of working out consistently I fell in love with the lifestyle, and it completely changed my life. Having serious anxiety and confidence issues the gym became my therapy.

Going forward 3 years I decided to take a step further and do a Men’s Physique competition. That started a spark in me that has continued to grow even today. I have stepped on stage 4 times and I am 100% natural.

An incredible part of this journey and having the opportunity to have an influence on others that look to me for advice. It just kind of blows my mind thinking where I was 5 years ago to the point of having a positive impact on so many people today.

If I were to give any advice to those who are just starting up it would be do your research and don’t do it to impress others. Understand that progress isn’t a single road and it’s going to take your own will and drive to make things happen”
