“Back in high school I was super thin but wasn't ashamed of my body or who i was. I always knew i can do better but never had the courage to do so. At times i would try to motivate myself to hit the gym but i had no self confidence. I doubted myself. There were times where I simply didn’t believe in myself and my potential. I use to look at the glass half empty and would somehow convince myself i couldn’t do it. Deep down I knew something had to change. I changed my attitude, perspectives, and even my confidence. My positive attitude is what started to push me toward bigger and better things. As I begin to workout little by little, I begin to have different outlooks on certain situations. Training every week made me feel confident in myself and a better individual over all. I now felt that I had a sense of purpose in my life. The more I trained the more I realized that this is what I wanted to do for a living. It wasn’t easy because I didn’t have anyone to teach me how to workout. I merely acquired all of my knowledge from doing my own research on how to workout. I would watch YouTube workout videos or go to Instagram to see what was working for other woman in the fitness industry. Finding new workouts or certain exercises is what inspires me to keep going. I know there are many girls out there who are not confident in themselves because they don’t know how to work out and feel embarrassed at the gym because they don’t know what to do. I want to be that vessel where I inspire others to believe in themselves. I have taught myself a lot and now want to share it with others. I worked extremely hard to make the gym my home and I don’t want to change. I want to succeed like never before and I feel with your help I can surpass my own goals. My fitness journey has been a little over a year and I know there is still a lot to learn but I believe I can be a great addition to your team. Thank you for this opportunity that you have granted me. “
