“ These photos are about 4 years about ! I have grown and learned so much over these last four years ! Taking on this fitness lifestyle has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself ! It all started in Highschool I was never overweight or too skinny I was just not healthy! I always played sports throughout highschool which kept me sort of “in shape “ but I wanted more ! Senior year of high school was where it all started... I began to research what exactly fitness was. I did the normal joined a gym and began to change my diet but I had no idea what I was doing or what my goals were. For about two years I struggled... I would start and then fail. It was extremely upsetting. Not having goals literally set me up for failure. It wasn’t until I met my boyfriend in the summer of 2016 that I really started to focus on myself and aim for goals. He taught me so much which made me want to learn so much more on my own. He first showed me more of a powerlifting style of things which I fell in love with,however I love incorporating some body building as well! Fitness to me isn’t about having the biggest muscles or being the strongest. It’s about being mentally, physically, and emotionally fit. It means feeling confident in yourself, and taking care of your body! This fitness life style has opened many doors for me especially when I began my fitness page! One huge thing that has happened is being able to work with the amazing team 1UP NUTRITION! So If there’s one thing I want you to know is that If you treat yourself good you feel good ! Always take care of yourself and chase your dreams ! “
