Vegan Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:
 
- 1 Banana
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 2 scoops 1Up Natural Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, add your coconut milk and blend until smooth. Add the 1Up Natural Vanilla Protein and banana and blend until a thick and creamy texture remains. Add the protein ice cream into a loaf pan. Put it in a freezer for 4 hours. To make sure it gets creamy, once in the freezer mix every 20 minutes for the first hour. When serving, add your favorite fruit and enjoy!
