- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 scoop 1Up Natural Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Place your raw almonds into boiling water. Let them boil for exactly one minute. Drain the almonds immediately in a strainer and rinse them with cold water to cool them. Use your fingers to gently squeeze the almonds and loosen the skin from them. Add the almonds, strawberries, vegan protein powder and almond milk into a blender and mix until desired texture. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours and enjoy!
