Protein Waffles

1  cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 Tablespoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Scoop 1Up Organic Vegan Vanilla Protein
1 cup water
For the blueberry sauce:
1 1/2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
1 1/2 Tablespoons stevia
Preheat your waffle iron and mix all the ingredients in a blender. Spoon batter into your waffle iron and cook until golden brown. For the sauce, place the blueberries into a small pan and add the stevia. Heat over medium low until the blueberries are soft and release their juices. Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
Serve waffles with the blueberry sauce and enjoy!
