Vegan protein snack7/23/18
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 scoop 1Up Natural Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 3 dates
In a food processor, blend the dates until small pieces. Add the pecans and protein powder. Pulse to combine. If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon of water or almond milk. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. With a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop the mixture then roll it into balls. Enjoy!
