Vegan Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops 1Up Natural Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup water + more as needed
Instructions:
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then in a blender, add to the dry ingredients the spinach and water, It should be quite thick. Add a little extra water if needed.
Cook in a hot non-stick pan until bubbles appear in the centre of each pancake. Flip and cook for a few more minutes. serve with your favorite fruits and enjoy!
