Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 1/2 scoops 1Up Natural Vegan Vanilla protein
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 9 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tblsp raisins
- 3 tblsp coconut chips
Instructions:
Line a 9x5” loaf pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, 1Up protein powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, milk, and vanilla. Add in the flour mixture, stirring until fully incorporated. Pour the crumbly dough into the prepared pan, and gently press it across the bottom using a spatula. Add raisins and coconut chips on top. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to eat. Enjoy!
