Ingredients:
- 1 cup pistachios
- 1 scoop 1Up Natural Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tblsp coconut oil
- 2 tblsp almond milk
Instructions:
In a food processor, blend the pistachios, protein powder, coconut flakes, coconut oil and milk. If the mixture is too dry, add a tblsp of almond milk. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. With a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop the mixture then roll it into balls. Enjoy!
