Vegan Energy Bites

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup date paste
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup 1Up Natural Vegan Chocolate Protein
- 1/8 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbslp sesame seeds

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 of the date paste, sliced almonds and sesame seeds and put in the fridge for 10 minutes to harden the mixture. In another bowl, combine the rest of the dates paste, 1Up Protein, cocoa powder and coconut oil. Once the first mixture is ready, make little balls and open a small hole in the middle, then fill in with the second mixture. Add some more sesame seeds when serving and enjoy!
