Vegan Cocoa Protein Balls

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 scoop 1Up Natural Vegan Chocolate Protein
- 1 cup dates
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

In a food processor, blend the coconut flakes, protein powder, dates and cocoa powder. If the mixture is too dry, add a tbsp of almond milk. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. With a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop the mixture then roll it into balls. Enjoy!
