Vegan Chocolate Mini Muffins
2 scoops 1Up Organic Vegan Chocolate Protein
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup chocolate iEatProtein FitMix
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup nuts of your choice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a mini muffin tin. In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix well, then add your almond butter, nuts and applesauce and mix. With a spoon or small ice cream scoop, add the batter to the mini muffin tin and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool and enjoy!
