- 1/2 almonds
- 1 scoop 1Up Natural Vegan Chocolate Protein
- 1 tbslp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tblsp coconut flour
- 1 tblsp cocoa powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until cookie dough consistency. Using a spoon or scoop drop balls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a fork, flatten cookies to desired thickness. Place in oven for 15 minutes each side. When ready, let them cool and enjoy!
