Tropical protein smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup frozen, peeled mango chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh peach slices
- 1/4 well ripened banana
- 1 Scoop 1Up Protein (Flavor of choice)
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
