- 1/2 cup IEatProtein fitmix ( flavor of choice )
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream Protein or ( flavor of choice )
- 1 cup rice crispy cereal
Prepare an extra large baking dish and coat it with spray or line it with baking paper and set aside. To a microwave-safe bowl, add the almond butter and the honey, heat for 1 minute until liquid and mix well. Add the protein powder to the mixture and slowly start adding the cereal while mixing with a spoon. Once done, line the bottom of the baking dish with the rice crispy treats. Press firmly into place and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy!
