- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup Banana Quinoa Puffs
Place your diced mango and banana in a blender and puree until smooth. When serving, spoon alternating layers of mango/banana puree, yogurt and Quinoa Puffs in a bowl or parfait glass. Enjoy!
