Ingredients:
- 1 Whole grain English Muffin
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter FitMix
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 1/4 cup Blackberries
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tblsp unsweetend coconunt flakes
- 2 tblsp slides almonds
Instructions:
Split open the English muffin and toast the halves until lightly browned. Spread 1/2 of the Peanut Butter FitMix on both halves. Divide the fruit between the two muffin halves and arrange on top of FitMix. Sprinkle the almonds and coconut flakes. When serving, add the rest of the FitMix, serve immediately and enjoy!
