- 1 whole-wheat or multi-grain English muffin
- 1 serving IEatProtein Cinnamon FItMix
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry sliced
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tblsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Split and toast English muffin. Spread peanut butter FitMix on both sides of muffin.Top with banana slices, strawbberry slices, granola and coconut flakes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
