Pumpkin Spice Protein Mug Cake

- 1 tblsp Pumpkin Puree
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Scoop 1Up Whey Pumpkin Spice Cake ( or flavor of choice)
- 2 tblsp Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3 tblsp greek yogurt
- 1 tblsp pecans

In a small bowl mix all the ingredients except pecans and 2 tblsp greek yogurt until smooth texture. Spray some oil in a mug or microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. When serving, top with rest of yogurt and pecans, enjoy!
