Pumpkin Spice Protein Ice Cream3/28/18
- 3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 Scoops 1Up Whey Pumpkin Spice Cake
- 1/4 cupalmond milk
Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and begin blending. You’ll have to stop a couple times and scrape the sides, and make sure the liquid is evenly distributed. Blend until you see a consistency that resembles soft serve ice cream, refrigerate for 4-6 hours and enjoy!
