Pumpkin protein muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup 1Up Whey Pumpkin Spice Cake
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 (14 oz) can pure pumpkin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350, spray 12 muffin cups with non stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add mix to muffin cups with a spoon, should fill to the top
Bake 25 minutes or until center is baked through. Enjoy!
