Protein waffle sandwich

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop 1Up Protein (flavor of choice)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Water to desired consistency, 3 tablespoons recommended
- 1/4 cup iEatProteinChocolate Peanut Butter FitMix
- 1 banana

Instructions:
Preheat waffle iron, Add protein powder, egg whites and baking powder to a small bowl. Add enough water to get desired consistency. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for around 3 minutes or until golden brown. Spread the Peanut Butter FitMix on each waffle. Layer on the banana, put the sandwich together and enjoy!
