Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Peanut Butter FitMix
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup oats, ground in oat flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 scoops 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts, finely chopped
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until a thick dough forms. Use a cookie scoop to portion out mixture. Roll each portion into a ball and place them on a cookie sheet.
Refrigerate until firm. Serve and enjoy!
