Protein Smoothie Bowl

- 1/2 mango
- 1 orange
- 3/4 carrot
- 1 Scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 2 tblsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tblsp almonds
-1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup ice cubes

Wash and cut all the fruit. Add to a blender with the milk and protein powder and blend until smooth and creamy. Add in the ice cubes and blend until smooth again. Pour smoothie into a bowl. When serving, add the coconut flakes and almonds. Enjoy!
