Protein Smoothie

- 1 banana
- 1 Scoop 1Up Protein (flavor of choice)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes

Put all the ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy!
