Protein Pancakes


- 2 scoops 1Up ISO Vanilla Protein

- 2 tbsp oats

- 2 tbsp coconut flour

- 1/2 cup egg whites

- 1/2 cup almond milk



Blend everything together until you get a thick batter. If it’s too watery, add a bit more of oats. Fry up on a hot nonstick pan with some coconut oil. Turn the heat down to medium and flip when bubbles start to appear on the pancakes’ surface. Serve up with your favor fruits or nuts and enjoy!
